Discovery

Are we a good fit? I’ll ask you couple of questions in a short initial call. We go through your business, budget, deadline and problem you want to solve. You can ask me anything you like.

  • The “why” and scoping

If I’m confident I can help we will connect again to understand the why behind your project and scope of what needs to be done.

  • Initial roadmap

Some times clients want help on broad approach to issues they are facing, content, message and delivery. If that’s you, We’ll schedule paid road-mapping session to move from point “A” to “B” taking into account: The limitations, circumstances, business, audience, bottlenecks and opportunities.

What you get? Really good feeling that I’m the right guy for the job.

Planning

Once I have got all the details and clear project scoping, I shall give you a firm quote along with a statement of work you can sign off electronically.

Approved? Awesome!

Next I’ll send you a contract and an invoice for a 50% down deposit and schedule you in for my earliest availability (usually 1– 2 weeks).

Brainstorming & Facilitation

For coaching we will set the expectations right, Identify hurdles and draft an action plan.

In case of business consult we will involve managers, dev’s, designers, SEO’s, sales and marketing staff to clearly identify pain points, competition and missed opportunities to capitalize on.

  • I felicitate a brainstorming session to address finer aspects of your business or digital marketing plan. Systematically addressing areas of ownership, tracking, execution and goal setting.
  • We work out nitty-gritty of who does what, resources needed and vehicles we shall use for management, outreach or engagement as applicable.

We work towards a consensus with clear “hows” “whys” so everybody is on the same page with what we plan to do.

What you get: A startlingly clear first draft of action plan with all the comments and questions.

Fitment and Realignment

You review the plan and give me your no-punches-pulled feedback. I will take you through what we have planned and why. We do any revisions needed.

When you got a draft you are happy with you pay me final 50% and I release the completed plan.

Implementation/Launching

Boom! You follow my instructions, ask questions and brainstorm with me in the coaching sessions. You action your plan and set the ball rolling. We see the effort in right direction, you bring in desired changes, experience better confidence and control, business grows, traffic increases substantially and before you know leads start coming in. As your team cooperates, brings in more quality leads, sales pick up you review continued progress and uncover blind spots.
